St Therese Fun Day

I think everyone who was present on Sunday at our Family Fun Day enjoyed community at its best. The day was a success because it was about community and working together side by side with new friends and old friends for a common purpose. That purpose was to have fun and, while doing so, to raise funds to assist St Therese School to buy needed resources and facilities for the benefit of all the children at the school.

Catholic Schools Week

We commenced CSW in a big way last Sunday evening with the 5.00pm Mass in the church. I was very heartened by the number of families and staff members who were there. We need to remember that our staff members belong to many other parishes but they attended mass at St Therese to pray with students and families to launch Catholic Schools Week.
